The structure of the process
Point Identification – Locating the irritation or pain and determining the goals
- An introductory conversation to find out where you are and build from there
- Understanding your situation with full clarity
- Getting to the root of the problem
- Identifying your fears and hesitations
Motivating for Action – Finding a quick exit from impasses and personal dead ends
- Recognizing the emotional pain and the physical ramifications
- Treating the pain to stop the suffering without going to the pharmacy
- Letting go of the expected bad habits
- Developing the areas in the mind that are dormant and not yet developed
- Noticing the results and capturing them
Practical vocation and fulfillment as an integral part of life
- Recognizing the pain and stopping it, to create a daily realization of life without it
- Taking small steps that lead to big changes
- A work plan adapted from spiritual sources that includes strategies and actions customized to your needs
The goal of life coaching is to enable a client to reach their potential in any given aspect of their life. While the life coach asks questions to encourage self awareness and thought, the client must decide what it is that they want to be changed in their lives. Once the vision of the future is established, the coach works with the client to figure out how to bring about those changes.
I am so inspired and really want to share all of the Torah I have learned from you to the other girls on my campus. I am the only tznius girl on my college campus and am really wanting other girls to bring Hashem and Torah into their lives and inspire them to see themselves as souls. Thank you again!

According to recent studies 1 out of every 6 or 8 couples suffers from infertility. I was one of them. After a first failed fertility cycle, I signed up for Devorah's course. Instead of the traditional "davening" I was taught to treat Hashem as my friend, someone who I can trust and confide in, someone who I can ask, and trust that He has my best interests at heart, and someone who I could believe would make it happen if it was meant to be. Here I am sitting 8 months pregnant, transitioning from fertility Dr to obgyn. I look at the ultrasound pictures and think OH MY GOSH IS THIS FOR REAL?! IS THIS REALLY INSIDE OF ME?! and then the morning sickness kicks in and I can say Hodu Lahashem Ki Tov. yes this is real. I wanted it, I believed in it, and Hashem made it happen. Devorah gave me the skills to be able to handle the hurdles thrown at me in life.
