Zitta 'Union Street' Shiraz Barossa Valley redUnion Street Shiraz is deep red black in colour. The bouquet immediately leaps out with deep floral perfume of violets, dark berries, fresh fruit cake, cinnoman spice and a hint of milk chocolate. The palate is soft and fulfilling displaying dark and red fruit complimented with fine soft tannins that gives this wine a natural balance and structure. A medium to full body wine of excellent texture and lingering which completes a very enjoyable harmonise

This leads to a shiraz style that has enticing and complex spice aromas

with vibrant stone fruit and floral aromas and a touch of spice

Pale straw with green tinge

After 10 days on skin with twice daily pump-overs the wine was gently separated from the skin and transferred to French Oak barriques

Petit Chablis is a fresh and lively wine

Lifted notes of passionfruit

and prepared for bottling in October 2019

that develops into a rich and complex bouquet

The nose is a concentrated combination of darker cherry fruit

defined by a fruit spectrum of Japanese pear

grilled fish or lobster
