Fernet Branca MerlotFernet Branca is a brand of amaro or bitter herbal liqueur. Bernandino Branca invented the Fernet Branca bitter in Milan, Italy, in 1845. It is made from 27 different herbs as well as other ingredients.

with persistent fine bubbles

The nose is wonderful nutty with hints of apricots

very different from the blends of the bigger brands

Dried apricot

cardamom and juniper for a rich body

each one having aged over 12 years in oak
