Prieur De Meyney Saint Estephe Bordeaux Size:750mlChteau Meyney is the neighbour of Chteau Montrose, the prestigious 2nd Cru Class. It has a wonderful vineyard and its owners manage to make the most of it to produce a typical Saint Estphe. Though not from one of the greatest vintages, this 2008 proves to be excellent after a few years, with superb aromas of blackberries, liquorice, toast and spices. Finish is tannic, yet finely balanced with a welcome freshness. Another very nice bottle to drink now!
