Reissdorf Kolsch ChuckleKolsches are not readily found on store shelves this side of the pond, but if you happen across this one, it's a wonderful place to start. Reissdorf is very light yellow with a rocky, pearl white head. The bouquet doesn't bully the nose, but does come on strong with biscuity, grainy notes and flowery hops. It starts bready and sweet on the tongue, before hops pop in with mild peppery spice and gentle floral notes that tingle throughout the aftertaste.
