Displays subtle floral and fruity aromas with a well balanced palate of white pepper and peach and long lasting finish. Famille Paquet is a 30 hectare property located in the village of Davay, in the Mconnais. First created in 1980 by Jocelyne and Michel Paquet under the name Domaine des Valanges, it is now run by their three sons Jean Baptiste,

tapenade flavours and ripe textured tannins balancing the significant 15% alcohol which is expertly managed and integrated

almost chewy and deliciously fresh

no finings and light filtration before bottling - all to preserve fruit and aromatic qualities and elegance

made at distinctively different estates in Bandol and Côtes de Provence appellations

Maturation for 5 months in new French oak barriques

woody flavours mix with cherries and bittersweet orange peel

resulting in constant humidity and average temperatures of 25ºC in the summer and 14ºC in the winter

which results in a very elegant white
