National Cash Register - Fleur de Lis (1906) jewelleryA beautiful brass National Cash Register dating from 1906, with wooden base, original white marble plate and all original glass. Rare to find this model (235) with the Fleur de Lis pattern. Original labels in the glass upper price display show this till was supplied by Sasieni & Smith of Eglinton Street, Glasgow, a very well known cash register trader of the time. Please note that the keys are missing the price inserts as it is a pre decimal register,

probably way back in the late 18th Century

The trunk has a hinged

and would grace any mancave

with all the mounting holes still intact

original white marble plate and all original glass

with a plain internal fitted with an engraved pewter canister

Judging by the label on the rear of the frame

She was the cousin of the more famous Wicked Witches of the East and West who went on to movie fame

suggesting it was representing a larger trunk used for world travels aboard steam ships

Measures: 62cm tall (to the top of the brass fitting) x 50cm diameter

and was highly regarded for his decorative enamelled plaques and vases
