Thibault Ducroux 'Beaujolais Nouveau' 2025 orgThibault Ducroux, raised in Beaujolais by a winemaking father, found his passion for winemaking as a toddler. Later inspired by Jules Chauvet, the pioneer of French natural wine, which came to define Thibault's wine making style. He organically farms these 3 hectares of 40 year old vines on clay silt soils. Grapes are hand harvested, undergo 3 day whole bunch carbonic maceration in concrete, and are slowly pressed. Bottled unfiltered with minimal SO2.
