Perfect as an "under gi" piece, it wicks the sweat away from the legs while also allowing for easier movements of the legs. The Roots also excels as a nogi spats under the shorts. The Roots runs a little bigger than usual so if you like a more snug fit, please order one size smaller than your usual spats.
