Faisao - Red Blend NV (750ml) CollioThis complex, rich wine is a blend of 60% Tinta Roriz, 30% Alfrocheiro, and 10% Touriga Nacional from Tejo in Portugal. This warm, dry region in southern Portugal produces ripe styles showing flavors of dark cherry, plum and raspberry. The palate is full of flavor and concentrated after a longer skin maceration. Pair with roasted lamb or sausages marinated in herbs.

This fusion of superb vineyard sites and thoughtful winemaking

a mix of red varieties typical of the region including the cilliegolo and its favorite white variety from Sardinia

while a graphite note adds depth

The 2018 has more concentration and fullness on the palate
